Welcome to The Help Desk Software and Management Community!

This portal is designed to bring you a unique blend of independent news, information and interactivity. It's scope covers both help desk software and management issues, as well as specific areas such as call centers, bug tracking and asset management.

Over the coming months we will populate the forum with a growing number of articles and features. If you have something to offer, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

The Help Desk Software and Management Community is intended to be vendor independent. Although we are happy to describe and cover specific solutions, we do not endorse any particular offering. All vendors are free to submit their offerings in exchange for a link.

Hopefully, the forum will prove to be a fertile ground for the exchange of both ideas and information, and ultimately beneficial to all members and visitors.
